Little Legends

The beginner’s program/novice program is designed for wrestlers with little or no experience in the sport of wrestling. This group is not ready to compete and will be focused on learning the fundamentals of wrestling in a safe and fun environment.

Wrestling Fundamentals & Physical Fitness for Kids

Basic positions, skills, general physical fitness like body control will be emphasized. Wrestlers who attend consistently will develop quicker and will be able to join the intermediate group with coaches’ approval.

Co-Ed Beginner Novice Wrestling Program in Northern Virginia

This class is co-ed although females will have the option of joining our girl’s class with the understanding that the pace and instruction may be quicker than is ideal for a true beginner. Join our novice wrestling program today!
